In the year 2020, the world came to a sudden halt. The COVID-19 lockdown changed lives overnight—streets were empty, businesses shut down, and people were confined to their homes. During those uncertain times, finding fresh and high-quality food became a challenge. Bakeries and local stores struggled to keep up, and many families had no choice but to settle for packaged, preservative-laden products.

That’s when I, Manjula Chetty, decided to turn my lifelong love for baking into something meaningful.
